1. Do current students get a discount?
Any current high school, or college student receives a 10% discount. To receive discount a current id card must be sent to management at email@example.com. This discount cannot be combined with any other sales.
2. How is store credit applied?
Once an item is returned management will create a store credit account under customer name , and upon next purchase customer must email management @firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering to receive an invoice with the store credit amount deducted from total purchase. Only the customer whose name its under can use the store credit.
3. What if my size is not in stock ?
If a product with your size is no longer in stock. Preorder for the next restock can be arranged. Customer must first pay for product and when it is restocked customer will be notified so please give up to date email address or phone number when paying for the product. 4. Can I pick-up a product ?
Customers can pickup product only if it is currently in stock in your size at our pickup location. You must order online and at checkout for payment click Cash on Delivery. You must do this so it is guaranteed that you reserve your item , and so our inventory can be updated. Email management at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
Please allow 2-3 days for order to be processed, and 2-4 days for delivery depending on location in or outside of United States. An item can be expressed shipped at an additional cost but please notify email@example.com to place the order. If not otherwise noted any item brought will be shipped via priority mail using the USPS service. Any item purchased after 2pm monday-friday will not ship till next business day. An item shipped after 2pm on friday will not ship till monday. No items are shipped on weekends!
If you do not receive a tracking number for your order AFTER 3 days please notify management at firstname.lastname@example.org with order name & number.
All items can be refunded to customer in form of payment received, store credit or exchanged for another product. If item was mailed to customer it its customer responsibility to email management at email@example.com of the issue before mailing item back. Once product is received back then refunded will be returned, and only under those circumstances. Management has right to deny refund to any customer after inspection after return if an item seems to have been worn or not in original packaging.
